How to Use

Type a question in the input box at the bottom and press Enter or click the send button.

Tap a quick chip — pre-loaded questions appear below the chat for instant answers.

Browse pages using the ‹ › arrows in the Quick Questions tray to see all available topics.

Start a new chat anytime with the "+ New Chat" button. Past sessions stay in the sidebar.

Search the conversation using the 🔍 icon in the header to find past messages.

FAQ

SwxBot can only answer questions that are in its knowledge base. Try rephrasing your question or browse the quick chips for supported topics.

Conversations are stored locally in your browser session only. No personal data is sent externally beyond the query lookup.

Type "human" or "agent" in the chat and SwxBot will provide escalation contact details.

Yes! Go to Settings → Data → Export Chat to download the current conversation as a .txt file.
